Parker Makowski combines a strong analytical background with a lifelong passion for real estate. He graduated from Waynesburg University with a major in Healthcare Management and a minor in Finance, and later earned his MBA with a focus in Data Analytics and Visualization. With a natural strength for numbers and market analysis, Parker brings a data-driven approach to pricing, investment decisions, and helping clients understand the market.

Real estate has been part of Parker’s life from a young age, growing up around family renovation and fix-and-flip projects. That early exposure sparked his interest in homes, property value, and the process of improving and transforming spaces.

Outside of real estate, Parker enjoys sports, spending time in nature, and being with his family. At the end of the day, real estate isn’t just a job for Parker; it’s his hobby, and he genuinely finds it fun.
